Standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Financial Model

1.1 Full payment is required upfront before the financial model or template can be downloaded.

1.2 Payments are accepted in USD via credit card.

1.3 Once a model or template is downloaded, no refunds will be issued. The user will be able to read through a set of disclaimers on our work which would read as follows: This financial model (“the Model”) is provided for informational and educational purposes only. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the model, it is important to note that the Model is based on certain assumptions and estimates. The actual financial performance and results may vary based on changing market conditions, unforeseen circumstances, and other factors. Users of the Model should be aware of the following:

the Model may not be suitable for purposes other than the specific purpose for which it was designed. The specific needs of users may not have been anticipated, and users should exercise their own judgment and conduct their independent due diligence when using this financial model. This Model is not a substitute for professional financial advice, and users should seek the guidance of financial experts or advisors for their specific financial and investment needs;

material events may have occurred since completion of the Model that are not reflected in the Model; and

the Model may not have been subject to independent testing and, where it has been tested, this may not provide an appropriate degree of assurance for all possible uses of the Model.

Accordingly, by downloading and using this Model, users acknowledge the disclaimers above and agree to release the creators and contributors from any claims, demands, liabilities, or disputes of any kind whatsoever that may arise from its use. This Model is provided on an as-is basis, and no warranties or representations, either express or implied, are made regarding its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.

1.4 Should the user tailor-made changes to the deliverable, they will be encouraged to contact the relevant team members for a consultation.

2.1 All deliverables, including models, templates, and reports, remain the sole property of Numeris unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.2 Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their own personal use. They are not allowed to re-sell our deliverables.

3.1 All personal data will be treated with strict confidentiality.

3.2 Information will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or mutually agreed upon in writing.

4.1 Numeris’ total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

4.2 We disclaim responsibility for any indirect, consequential, or third-party damages.

5.1 Both parties agree to comply with the laws of Mauritius at all times in relation to these services.

6.1 All complaints related to the services should be directed to Mr. Ruben Mooneesawmy, Director, who will oversee complaint resolution.

6.2 Numeris commits to acknowledging receipt of complaints within five (5) business days.

6.3 We aim to resolve complaints within thirty (30) days of acknowledgment. If resolution is not possible within this period, a written explanation will be provided to the customer detailing efforts to address the issue.
